1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using A2BN LLC ("A2BN," "we," "us," or "our") AI Podcast Generator platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Subscription and Billing

A2BN provides services on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly).

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
• Refunds: Since our service provides immediate access to AI generation resources, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law or specified in a separate agreement.

3. AI Content Ownership

Between you and A2BN, you own the input you provide and the output generated by the AI (audio, scripts). You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate deepfakes or audio meant to impersonate real individuals without consent.
• Promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our AI models or platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

A2BN provides the service "as is." We do not guarantee that the AI-generated output will be 100% accurate, error-free, or suitable for all purposes. In no event shall A2BN LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within New Mexico for the purpose of litigating all such claims.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site.
